Our company was established to meet the needs of every customer through an effective service of aluminum product anodizing. An important task that requires great experience and professionalism as well as cutting-edge technology and facilities.
Tecnoal was founded in Fano - in the province of Pesaro-Urbino in 1977. It covers a total production area of 5,000 square meters, of which approximately 2,600 square meters are covered.
The facility started production in 1981, the official year of its inception, with a particularly advanced anodizing plant and a production primarily aimed at the treatment of aluminum small parts and accessories. In the early 1990s, market demands led Tecnoal to expand its structure and focus its activity on the oxidation of extruded aluminum profiles. Tecnoal has always oriented its business system towards the customer by offering quality and service, meeting their needs, and ensuring maximum flexibility.
Quality and Environmental Respect
Over the years, through responsible use of resources, the use of renewable energies, and material recovery, Tecnoal has increasingly ensured the best performance in terms of environmental protection and respect.
Thanks to a modern chemical laboratory, the product and its processes are constantly monitored by expert technicians, guaranteeing a high level of quality and extraordinary technical support.
The special attention to these issues allowed Tecnoal, already in 1992, to certify the quality of the anodized material produced with the EURAS-EWAA QUALANOD quality mark. In December 2004, Tecnoal obtained certification of its business management system for Quality, in accordance with the International Standard UNI EN ISO 9001, and in 2005 the Environmental certification UNI EN ISO 14001.
Promptly from January 1, 2023, Tecnoal complies with the obligation of environmental labeling on packaging specified at the following link.
In 2009, Tecnoal installed a 100 kW rooftop photovoltaic system to reduce CO2 emissions and use green energy.
