Our extrusion plant

Located in Sant'Ippolito

In 2023, Tecnoal expanded its operational capabilities with the inauguration of a new state-of-the-art extrusion plant located in Sant’Ippolito (PU), thereby broadening its range of offerings along the aluminum supply chain. The modern facility covers an operational area of 38,000 sq m, of which 19,000 sq m are enclosed.

The press used in the facility, with a capacity of 3,000 tons, is capable of extruding 9-inch billets, allowing for an annual production up to 20,000 tons. The alloys available for extrusion include 6060, 6063, 6082, 6005A, and 6101.
